It is not affiliated with the Summit Rooftop Lounge bar on Jake Thomas Road. You can only book Summit After Dark on this website, Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com.

About 15 minutes by car. Dollywood’s Splash Country water park is right next to Dollywood.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about 20 minutes away and downtown Gatlinburg about 30 minutes.

Yes. The LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge is about 10 minutes away — an easy home base for car shows, conferences, cheer and dance competitions and other events there.

Yes. Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes away and Rocky Top Sports World in Gatlinburg about 25. With beds for 20, a heated indoor pool for recovery and a private glow court and golf simulator for downtime, it works well for a team or several families traveling together. Keep in mind parking is limited to 4 vehicles.

Very. The Golf Lounge has a golf simulator with world-famous courses, practice rounds with live swing stats, and men’s and women’s clubs, so you can keep playing after dark or on a rainy day.

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, about 50 minutes away. We recommend renting a car, since attractions are spread across Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville.

Summit After Dark is in a growing new-construction community, so building may be going on nearby during your stay. Our cleaning team keeps the cabin and outdoor spaces clean, but construction dust can settle on decks and outdoor furniture between cleanings.

Possibly. The cabin is surrounded by forest, and bears, birds and other mountain wildlife are part of life in the Smokies. Seasonal pollen and leaves can also collect on outdoor furniture.

Up to 20 guests: 4 king suites (one on the main level and three on the level above), 2 queen-over-queen bunk suites and 2 queen sleeper sofas. There are 7 full and 2 half bathrooms.

No. Summit After Dark is five levels connected by stairs. You can see the layout of each level on our floor plans.

Yes. The private indoor pool is heated year-round, rain or shine, with a waterfall feature, a shallow ledge with in-water lounge chairs, seating, a Smart TV, and pool floats, noodles and toys. Pool towels are in the pool room.

Yes. A private outdoor sauna is on the patio next to the pool level.

Our private custom glow sports court for pickleball and basketball, with black and neon lighting for night games, outdoor seating, a custom bar-top with stools and a mini fridge, and Adirondack chairs around a smokeless wood-burning fire pit.

On the covered Sky Lounge rooftop, alongside a fireplace lounge with a Smart TV, a full-length custom bar, a kitchenette with mini fridge, ice maker, Keurig and sink, a table for four and panoramic Smoky Mountain views. Hot tub towels are in the Sky Lounge half bath.

World-famous golf courses, practice rounds with live stats, and multi-sport games including disc golf, football, soccer, cornhole and hunting games. Men’s and women’s clubs are provided, and there are two Smart TVs for play and streaming.

The glow court and fire pit lounge, a custom outdoor bar with a mini fridge on the patio, the outdoor sauna, a gas grill and outdoor dining for 8 on the main-level deck, bench swings on the Level 4 deck and lounge seating on the rooftop.

Yes. It has an electric range and oven, microwave, combination drip and K-Cup coffee maker, Instant Pot, slow cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster, hand mixer, electric can opener and a full set of cookware, bakeware and serving pieces. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 at the island, plus another table for 8 on the main-level deck. Coffee stations are in the kitchen, on Level 4 next to the reading room, and in the Sky Lounge.

Yes. The private workout area is on the rooftop Sky Lounge level, with dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga mats and yoga blocks.

Yes. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi runs throughout the cabin, fast enough for multiple streams, video calls and remote work. Smart TVs are throughout — just log in to your own streaming accounts.

Yes. Beds are made with fresh Egyptian cotton linens, and full bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels and starter toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner). Every bathroom has a blow dryer and makeup mirror. Extra linens and pillows are supplied for both sleeper sofas.

Yes, two laundry areas: one on the main level with a washer, dryer and cleaning supplies, and one on the Golf Lounge level with a washer and dryer.

Yes. Summit After Dark has a private on-site Level 2 EV charger for guests. Please bring any adapter your vehicle needs.

There is one exterior security camera on the front porch. It monitors only the front entrance, driveway and parking area. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

King Suite 1 is on the main level with a private bathroom and a spa-like shower with three shower heads. King Suites 2, 3 and 4 are on the level above the main level, each with a private en-suite bathroom and a coffee bar nearby. The two queen-over-queen bunk suites are on the Golf Lounge level. Queen sleeper sofas in the main-level living room and the Golf Lounge sleep 4 more guests.

Yes. A high chair and a Pack ’n Play are available on request; please let us know in advance so we can make sure they’re ready for your stay. With stairs, decks, a rooftop terrace, an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and sports court, children should be supervised at all times.

Yes. Our sister cabin, The Fourth Story, is a short walk away on the same street and sleeps 14, so the two together can host up to 34 guests. Send us an inquiry and we’ll help you book both.

Check-in is contactless through a smart lock. You’ll receive your unique access code, check-in instructions and our digital guidebook before you arrive.

There are 4 dedicated paved parking spaces (a 36-foot-wide parking pad) and no overflow parking, so groups should plan on no more than 4 vehicles.

No, 4WD is not needed for normal access. Some roads in the area are steep, one section of the neighborhood access road can get icy in freezing weather, and there is a significant dip where the neighborhood road meets the main road, so low-clearance vehicles should take it slowly.

Cell service varies by carrier in the Smoky Mountains, but high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay on-site for the whole reservation.

No. Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted, and only registered guests may be on the property unless approved in advance.

Yes. Guests review and sign our Stay Agreement before arrival. It covers the property, community guidelines, safety information and stay policies.

Sorry, pets are not permitted at Summit After Dark.

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin.
